As some may have realize many attacks you face will be mental attacks. That is manipulation, worry, fear, anxiety will all affect your mind. It’s important not only to keep positive put to keep the brain active as well. Keeping the brain active will help fight these attacks. Technology has been good but, in all things, too much of a good thing may not be all that good for you. Society has been very dependent on technology. I myself feel strange when I forget my phone even if I’m not going too far away. It’s just a strange feeling. I don’t want to be dependent on anything in this world. In any case, we have become so dependent on technology especially our cell phones, I find when you ask someone the time, they look at their phone, what happened to watches? Sometimes when someone asks you your number and you can’t recall. Many people store a lot on their cell phones instead of writing them down, but the more we use it the less information we keep in our brain and can’t recall things because of our dependance on them. Here are some ways to keep the brain active:

Have days you are not using any kind of technology, that is cell phones, laptops, internet, etc., If you can’t do an entire day, try it for a few hours. Taking a break from all the craziness of this world, will do you some good.

Reading is fundamental, find a good book to read and start implementing even a book or two per month that you are committed to reading with no distractions.

Take some time to write something on paper not on the computer, you will be surprise what’s on your mind. Writing also helps with releasing stress.

Get some puzzle books, word searches, quizzes, etc., to complete. This will really get your brain going.

Work on a DIY project, like making a coffee table, something you don’t know how to do and have to figure it out.

These are a few things you can do to keep that brain active because it’s important. When your brain is sharp, it has time to think and question what doesn’t make sense. When it’s tired, it’s weak and accepts anything given to it. You are in control!
