Disclaimer: **This post is only for real believers who actually read their bibles and are fully aware that false prophets do exist and not making excuses for them**

It has been interesting to see some preachers that said GOD called them or sent them to preach backtrack on this “supposed” calling by saying they have been “preaching the wrong thing or renouncing previous messages they claimed God gave them” My fellow believers God makes no mistakes, this is the work of the devil not God. If God told you something there will be no wishy-washy going on. A lot of these people called and sent themselves because they want to be worship like God, they want to be a god and many more are doing it for money and fame. God is true and consistent. A lot of these men and women won’t ever confess the truth that they were never called or sent by GOD, and they were operating in the flesh and for their father the devil, “You are of your father the devil, and your will is to do your father’s desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, and has nothing to do with the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks out of his own character, for he is a liar and the father of lies, John 8:44.

My fellow believers detach yourself from confusion and lies, their works and words are not a mistake. As some will pretend to repent and return back to fool you again. Refuse to be a fool and stop participating, and accepting deception lest you fall into their trap with them. Here are few keys to keep from falling for false prophets, preachers, teachers, and their wives. As the times are near, they shall increase more and more be watchful and vigilant, observing the time and drawing closer to God.

• Read the bible yourself with the help of the Holy Spirit, John 14:26.
• Stop relying only on the voice, direction, and teaching of man or women, John 10:27-30.
• Stop looking for “anointing” from humanity, no water, scarf, spray, spit, snake, bottle, or oil from false prophets going to heal you or anoint you, Matthew 24:23-24.
• Stop bowing down and worshipping any person or thing on this earth, it is not scriptural for anyone to bow down, touch, and worship anyone or thing on this earth and especially their feet! Exodus 20:3-6, Luke 4:1-8.
• Stop allowing them to profit from your pain or hurt, no amount of money you give to them can change your situation, it is not scriptural to pay for blessings or healing, Exodus 15:26, Deuteronomy 8:18-20.

It’s important that you are able to discern these false prophets, pastors, leaders, and teachers quickly before you get sucked into their web of lies. Believers if you truly desire and serve God then everything that is false should not be attractive to you, Proverbs 17:4 tells us “An evildoer gives heed to false lips; A liar listens eagerly to a spiteful tongue,” stop participating and making excuses for them! If you find yourself drawn to false prophets and the like then there is something in you that you need to address. You cannot be choosing mankind (man & women) over God if you say you are serving the true living God, the Most High. God will judge every false prophet and you can find the scriptures from the beginning to revelation, they will not go unpunished. If you feel God is calling you or sending you, make sure you truly heard God’s voice and instruction. If you are not sure, just be quiet. God will not take lightly saying “God told me this” “God sent me to say this” “God called me” if it’s not true. Examine your heart before you make these kinds of statements or take actions, Deuteronomy 18:20.

2 Corinthians 11:13-15 -For such men are false apostles, deceitful workmen, disguising themselves as apostles of the Messiah. And no wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light. So it is no surprise if his servants, also, disguise themselves as servants of righteousness. Their end will correspond to their deeds.

1 John 4:1 -Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, for many false prophets have gone out into the world.

Matthew 7:15 -Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing but inwardly are ravenous wolves.

2 Timothy 4:3-4 –For the time is coming when people will not endure sound teaching, but having itching ears they will accumulate for themselves teachers to suit their own passions, and will turn away from listening to the truth and wander off into myths.

Romans 16:17-18-I appeal to you, brothers, to watch out for those who cause divisions and create obstacles contrary to the doctrine that you have been taught; avoid them. For such persons do not serve the Messiah, but their own appetites, and by smooth talk and flattery they deceive the hearts of the naive.

Matthew 24:11 -And many false prophets will arise and lead many astray.

2 Peter 2:1-22 -But false prophets also arose among the people, just as there will be false teachers among you, who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Master who bought them, bringing upon themselves swift destruction. And many will follow their sensuality, and because of them the way of truth will be blasphemed. And in their greed they will exploit you with false words. Their condemnation from long ago is not idle, and their destruction is not asleep. For if God did not spare angels when they sinned, but cast them into hell and committed them to chains of gloomy darkness to be kept until the judgment; if he did not spare the ancient world, but preserved Noah, a herald of righteousness, with seven others, when he brought a flood upon the world of the ungodly;

2 Timothy 2:15 -Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who has no need to be ashamed, rightly handling the word of truth.

2 Timothy 3:13 –While evil people and impostors will go on from bad to worse, deceiving and being deceived.

Ephesians 5:11 -Take no part in the unfruitful works of darkness, but instead expose them.
