Every Day is a Good Day to Pray

If 2020 has not made you want to pray more, God bless your heart. There are some serious things going on all around the world. 2020 has not even had a month with something not happening! I think it is a perfect time to pray and even increase your prayer time because you are going to need it. A few weeks ago, I got some information that various organizations have already planned out ways to respond to โ€œcertain eventsโ€ from 2020 to 2030. So, although some people will be happy when 2020 is over, however, a few things will trickle into the following years. The best thing you can do at this point is to prepare how and what you can, stay prepare, and most importantly pray. When you pray remember, you are communicating with the Most High, and God says he hears the prayer of the righteous, Psalm 34:17 tells us โ€œThe righteous cry out, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles.โ€ Now understand your deliverance can look different to another personโ€™s deliverance, but God does what he says he will do. I pray you are taking the time to cry out to God daily whether or not you have troubles. As believers, we are to stand in agreement with each other in prayer, intercede for another, and pray together. These days are not days you want to back up on drawing to closer to God, but draw even nearer. You want to pray not only for God to help you, but to intercede for others, to receive guidance and wisdom for these days. At the end of the day, remember that God is in control and if you stay on his side, he will protect and guide you. I want to encourage you that itโ€™s time to increase your prayer time, and seek God daily even more. โ€œPraying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saintsโ€”,โ€ Ephesians 6:18
